- Items in perfect, condition
- Items with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging
❌ Items We Cannot Accept:
- Personalized jerseys with custom names or numbers
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after 15 days
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Step 2: We'll Help You
- Size Issues: We'll send you a replacement jersey in the correct size
- Other Issues: We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label
Step 3: Send It Back
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Attach the return label we provide
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Free Returns
We cover all return shipping costs - no charges to you! We'll email you a prepaid return label to make the process as easy as possible.
Refunds & Exchanges
Exchanges: For size issues, we'll send your replacement jersey immediately to avoid delays.
Refunds: As soon as you send your return package and provide us with the tracking number, we'll initiate your refund within 2-3 business days. You don't need to wait for us to receive the item first!
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned in perfect condition with all original tags attached
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our conditions
- Custom/personalized jerseys are final sale and cannot be returned
- Please allow 7-14 business days for your return to reach us
